Being a B Corp
We became Yorkshire’s first LGBT & female-founded B Corporation certified consultancy company in August 2023.
We are immensely proud of our certification and the hard work that went into achieving it.
From when the company was young, our founder Danielle thought about the impact we have on the world – environmentally and internally. She knew she wanted a fair and enjoyable working environment. That was when she heard about B Corp. However, she didn’t think it was suitable for a small business like ours and when she realised that we could apply, we didn’t have the time or budget.
When Mollie joined the team we started making bigger steps towards the certification. After Hannah Cox, founder of Better Business Network and betternotstop, ran an online ‘B Corp Bootcamp‘, we knew we now had the knowledge and capacity to make this dream a reality.
